Who uses what and why?
bought the cheap ones from wiggle ๐
ODI Longnecks are da best
Whats wrong with them- I think they are fine (silver)
hard and not grippy compared to lizard skins
ODI X-Treme. Got them cause of good reviews. I'm a sucker for reviews!
Super grippy. Last ok. Work with bar-ends.
Ruffians here, lasted for ages, they're nearly smooth now but still grippy.
outland enduros - like ODIs but cheaper.
Lizard Skins North Shores great for big hands!
Oury lock-ons here
lizard skins peaty grips. Low profile grip pattern, soft grippy rubbber.Never twisted or come loose. Excellent grips.
ODI ruffians and now crosstrainers when i can get em
Lizard Skins Moab and Lizard Skins Peaty are both nice.
Sunline Big S on both my bikes.
Yeti lock ons are great
+1 for lizard skins peaty grips. never had any trouble with them and you forget they are there.
i have also tried ODI ruffians and they are not bad but feel large.
Oury lock-ons here 8)
odi yeti lock ons
exactly what I want from a pair of grips - grip, don't move, tough, look good.
+1 for ODI Longnecks, the best!
Probably the most underated ODI grip, oldschool mushroom style comfort but still have quite a thin diameter. Just make sure you buy the 130mm length not 145mm unless you have a BMX...
ODI longnecks here too, so comfortable
Made by ODI for Raceface - my choice - Raceface Lock-on Grips
Lizard skins on all my bikes, Charge sponge on my wife's bike (they seem slimmer). Really happy with all of them.
odi then you can choose colors
ODI Ruffian are good and get better as they wear out, but the Orange Strange ones that came on my bike were spot on as well
ODI Ruffian - slim and super tacky/grippy!
Does mean they wear-out but I just loosen the lock-ons and rotate to a "fresh" patch : )
ODI Rogues on the commuter - much thicker grips, but last for donkeys' years!
