Hi there - I have a new On One Inbred 29er frame and am self-building it to learn and tinker.
I'm need a 27.2 seatpost - but what length is most appropriate please?
I am 6"1, the frame is 19.5".
Thank you.

Subtract the seat tube length and the crank arm length from your inside leg measurement, then add on the minimum insertion depth of the seat post you're interested in buying, and that should be about as much seat post as you will need.

Get a long post. When you decide your frame is too big and you change it for an 18" it'll still be useful.

can you always cut down an overly long post... but you can't add to a short post. start with suggestion from Sum and then go with Johnners advise.
