What frame is it?
It's a Sub Zero (but it's a one off prototype Orange made, around 2007/08 I think)

they're approx 50mm, 50mm and 57mm apart. Does that identify it?

think iscg 05 is 55.92 apart

more careful measuring has revealed they're more like 47mm, 47mm, 57mm apart, so sounding like they're ISCG-03 (or ISCG-old)?
