Trying to disguise a "what tyres for" question. Tut tut.

maxxis advantage exception 2.1 62a - fast, very light, around £20 ,grippy in muddy and loose conditons, roll fine, good width for comfort and speed.

Stick them on and forget about them

Spock - what are they like on wet off camber roots?

Always stuck with Highrollers on my last bike but the new one is verging on weight weenie and I've avoided them despite them being the most confidence inspiring tyre for my local stuff.

They've been fine on slippy roots, no sudden slips. Very good tyres

I'll probably end up with Highrollers again, hated them at first, but we came to love each other and I really trusted them 😆 Trying not to end up with the bike I had before though!

Might try the Advantage's though as they are significantly cheaper than HR's at that price.

HR 60a's here. Used to be Conti Verts but rolling the HRs over on their side in Canada a few years ago and it was an eye opener - nothing happened, I just whizzed round the corner.

Second best so far has been Swampthings - really good even on roots.

I'm really liking the maxxis Ardent as a alternative to the HR.
