Schwalbe One, pretty new and only been on a couple of rides. The bead seems to be hooked into the rim fine but there is a weird indent in the casing, well two actually. One is about 6 inches long and the other is a couple of inches. Any ideas? Pumped up to 80psi if it makes any difference.

Take it back. Looks like a manufacturing error. I have five Schwalbe Ones and not seen that problem.
Will do ta. Just wanted to check I wasn't doing something stupid although I can't feasibly imagine what it would be.
Got a deformed one on a demo bike at my local shop not good for so called best tyre invented.
schwalbe recalled some of their road tyres a while ago, they may have missed this one. worth taking it back i think
Yep, online chat with wiggle this morning and i'm to send it back. Full marks for the way they have dealt with it so far.
Not sure how a photo of your chainstays will help ๐
