I have just had this delivered but need a tyre inflator gauge !
Have seen this but confused at size of hose and connector that is needed to connect it all up.
Can anyone help a numptie?
The female connector on the compressor looks like a PCL standard (quick) connector while the male on the tyre inflator looks like a 'high flow', you can use any hose as long as you standardise all your fittings eg all high flow or all standard, as you have standard on your compressor I would use standard all the way.
Be aware though most hoses do not come with any connectors, you'll need 2 male and 1 female.
By the looks of the 2 links you've posted the compressor has 2 quick release hose connectors for the outlets.
The tyre inflator comes with a 1/4" BSP fitting but think that is the fitting in the picture which connects the hose that goes onto your valve to the inflator handle.
The bottom of the inflator handle has a push on fitting which you'll need a jubilee clip to stop the hose from coming off and the corresponding male push in fitting on the other end of the hose to connect to the compressor.
Hope that makes sense but instructions should come with the compressor. It might come with all the parts you need and a length of hose.
Daft Q time. Did you get a hose with the compressor? If so what type? What connectors on the hose? Pump side and tool side?
If you've no hose - well - there is no way (normally) you'd connect the inflator direct to the compressor.
If in any doubt, I'd wander into your local machine mart. A knowledagable but thoroughly grumpy lot.
