Bike matches placemats. Nice!

11 sp ultegra cassette and KMC chain, a Di2 cable, and a press fit BB tool here. Nothing particularly exciting.

Oh and a couple of Planet X double wheelbags yesterday. A bargain at 12 quid each and seem pretty decent too. Even turned up on time!

A replacement bin for our ageing Dyson hoover. Bought on e-bay and within 4 hours of purchase it was no longer required.
OH managed to empty our Dyson and throw out an important component that meant it wouldnt work correctly without it. Claimed she hadn't emptied it for a couple of weeks, so I assumed the missing bit was now landfill. Took the big bag out of the kitchen bin on monday, only to feel what was suspiciously like the missing part at the bottom of the bag. Bingo.
So im £10 down.
FML.

Morvelo f*** cancer socks. After finding out at the weekend my Godfather suddenly got diagnosed with terminal cancer! Know socks won't solve it, but made me feel a tiny bit less cross.

2x tyres, for a bike I haven't ridden for best part of a year, because they were cheap.
I've promised myself I'll try and get round to fitting them this year.

An FWE 500 lumen USB charging front light, going to start riding to work a couple of times a week and needed something I could charge in work.

Thats about as exciting as it gets for me, my new frame is not due for another 3 - 4 weeks...

Some replacement cycling glasses, which saved me from fessing up to losing the pair that the mother-in-law bought me for Christmas. All through the power of the forum!

I like that Trek. I'll have to add that to the 'list of things I never thought I'd say' 🙂

I was hoping to get my new (ex-demo) IBIS MOJO 3 today. Oh well never mind it'll come tomorrow. Nope, now it's coming on Friday as the bike shop couldn't find a box to put it in. I promise you I am not making that up!

Still we did get the credit card bill, new tax codes and various other items of general despondency.

Not very exciting compared to a new frame but i'm chuffed none the less . A pair of montrail masochist (terrible name) trainers from sport pursuit, only £40 and very light n' comfortable with the ease of a pair of lock laces fitted

An official SRU Scotland baby-grow so me and micro ferrals can be matching for the Calcutta Cup 🙂

For the avoidance of doubt I will just be wearing a jersey not a massive blue onesie 😆

Nice Trek mister! Been thinking about a Fuel myself.

I got some prescription polychromic Bolle Baller riding glasses which I'll rinse through expenses as they are also EN166 safety glass rated, chortle!

Hoping my bargain Scott waterproof shorts turn up in time for tomorrow's no doubt minging night ride

A pair of montrail masochist.

I've got a pair of the Montrail Sadomasochists.
Similar, but three sizes too small.

New sealed bearings for my hubs. Riding through a Ridgeway mudfest then leaving the wheels unwashed for a month wasn't a good idea.

Fibrenet BT hub also arrived (meanwhile keeping an eye on the BT thread).

How considering a frankenfork conversion on the Pikes a la CRConception kit.

Five capacitors from RS for my CD player.

I cut the packet of caps open and turned the iron on. Then I had a look at the
power supply board and I have replaced all the caps!
