Got a sympathetic wife and a deal at my LBS, £328 for a Specialized Hardrock Disc.

Spent last night removing the useless suntour fork and replaced it with a 2002 Marzocchi Z1FR.

Fitted my crossland rear wheel running 2.25" NN UST only just fits!
and converted the 521 rimmed front wheel to Ghetto tubeless with a 2.25" NN

despite the big fork and wheel the bike is still lighter!
Hoping to get out in the local woods for a play tonight.
