just about to buy some new grease as im out. is it any in particular for hope hubs or any in particular for bikes in general . whats recommended. thanks

what bit ?
bearings, I use nice thick stuff
freehub, I thought you were supposed to use something light, maybe even just oil

Motorbike shop. Silkolene RG2. I use it in the freehub as well.
