Wanting to clean and service my KS seatpost but after reading all the servive info on other websites, they all use grease thats from the US or other far off places.
What should i be using thats in the UK?

Boiled monkey bones are usually whats best in this sort of scenario.
Either that or a decent waterproof grease (finish line teflon? or one thats suitable for use in suspension forks should be fine.
