If it is the backing tape that has detached from the seam then you can buy replacement tape from the likes of amazon. The new tape is ironed on. It’s a bit fiddly but pretty easy to do. I have tried to re-glue the existing tape but it didn’t work as well for me.

McNett tenacious tape has usually done a good job for me.
