[#2008240]

I am after another Gilet.

I currently have a nice club one and a Perl Izumi one. The gfriend uses the Izumi one as its a little tight on me so after another one.

I dont really wanna spend more than £50.

Anyone recommend any?

Mesh back windproof - Altura - they no longer seem to do the one I have but the "Ergofit" looks close. Almost live in it all but on the warmest days (whenever they are).

Both my current Gilet have mesh backs. I dont ride with a rucksack so suppose thats not too much of an issue. Its more to keep the chill of the chest 🙂

Lusso, mesh back, windproof front & shoulders. Packs quite small, cheap.

i think the gore one i have is pretty ace. it's made from windstopper and has a mesh back, but i can't remember the model name. i suspect alpine bikes might have some in their sale too - i got mine for £35 a year or two ago
