So ... properly tw4tted my head off a tree branch this morning and banjaxed my trusty Giro Montaro fluoro helmet.

Turns out the fluoro colour is discontinued and I can't seem to find a size Large in stock anywhere.

Any suggestions for an equivalent helmet with similar coverage, cooling and protection? I've looked at Bell, Oakley, Fox and TLD based on magazine recommendations, but no fluoro anywhere (Bell super air comes closest with a bright head).

Having a fluoro noggin is pretty important to me so would really appreciate some help. If anyone knows where I can get a Giro Montaro fluoro, I'd be over the moon!

Planet X Enduro - cheap but seem fine to me. I have always had high end Bell helmets, but for the money there are OK.

Sadly, not fluoro from Planet X. Lime green is close but no cigar. Met, POC, Bell, Endura, Oakley, TLD, Sweet Protection, Leatt, Giro, the list goes on. No flippin fluoro. I know that I'm not rad but, sheesh.

Not the ixs trail I have. Although lumo yellow

The ratchet system is terrible and I'm convinced it works loose. Either that or my bonce shrinks as I ride....

Usually end up wearing my specialized echelon (also bright yellow ) but that doesn't offer the same coverage.

Bright enough for ya.

There are a few other brands who use the same mould with different liners and colour schemes.
