Got myself a merida big nine 900 tfs alloy. Want to upgrade the pedels ( flats ). Also a lid was thinking a bell stroker? Any help and advice? Thanks

Think you've got the wrong helmet mate.
Bell [i]stoker[/i] I assume? Depends on your riding but should be suitable, TLD A1 or Bell Super (which I own) are good, popular lids too.
Specialized Tactic 2 helmet also worth considering around same £.
All depends on your head shape and fit/comfort
I have 2 Stokers, really like em. One has light mounts on, the other doesn't
Flat pedals for me at the moment are the plastic Nukeproof ones, longer pins are available on CRC and various eBay sellers....they're awesome, probably not good in terms of longevity due to the plastic build but they're light and my feet never leave the pedals, highly recommended.
