Dad's bike got nicked yesterday, Nothing special, but pottering round the town gave him lot's of pleasure, so want to get him a replacement pronto.
Currently looking at either the [url= http://www.decathlon.co.uk/rockrider-53-2012-id_8206682.html ]Decathlon Rock Rider 5.3[/url] or a [url= http://www.merlincycles.com/bike-shop/bikes/mountain-bikes/merida-mountain-bikes/merida-matts-20-md-bike-2011-model.html ]Merida Matts 20[/url] (2011) for around £300.
Anything else I should consider? For the record, he is about 5'5", so anything bigger than a 16" frame is probably out the question.

Halfords have some reductions at the moment but the Rockrider still looks like the best spec for the money
