[Closed] What do you think? (dark side content)
I've just pre ordered one of THESE on the cycle to work scheme at work. It's not to late to change my mind as long as it is from Evans and around that £1000 mark. honest opinions good or bad welcomed.

Looks nice, very good spec - good buy I'd say
needs more pedals 😉
Is this your first road bike? If so, good choice. Some very good parts, light frame and looks good.
how much will you get it for?
yes first road bike. Not sure what pedals to get yet, probably get some shimano m540 as i dont plan to buy new shoes etc.
£949
Why?
Well, it works out at 55% off list plus whatever your comapny decides to charge you at the end.
i meant more what dimmadan said, ie. what the ultimate net cost will be?
Oh I see, yes It's going to cost me approximatly £48 month for 12 months (£576) plus apparently £10 at the end of the year.
BARGAIN!
Also, did you have a list of bike you could buy? Or was it limitless?
that's very good. well played.
I hope so 😀
To be honest we could go for halfords or evans. My mates getting one from halfords and i didn't want the same so i've gone for the fuji from evans. I know absolutly jack S**t about road bikes. Currently own a rock lobster and am still unsure how much use the fuji will get as i like being out in the country more than being on the road; apart from the the twice a week a will have to use it for work of course 😉
Is there anything on the fuji you would ask evans to change, I was thinking of asking them to change the tyres for something else. Not sure if they will do that anyway, no harm in asking though I suppose?
seems v good spec, tyres are ok. why do you want to change them?
I read a review somewhere that said they weren't that good?
use the tyres till they wear out and then swap (u might even like them)
Nice bike for the money.
and the tyres will be perfectly fine
