It'll be great for fitness, a friend rides a Santa cruz V10 with us sometimes on short rides, pretty much kills him, but he keeps up...

A Demo is a perfectly reasonable all-mountain bike, with a dhx5 with lockout on and a 36 tooth on the back, what is he a mouse.
Tell him it will be fine ,take him out on an all day ride & beast him ! 😆
