Is there any way they can be put to use or should I bin em?

Is it safe to give em to a charity shop? They are properly old.

Send it back to Specialized UK as crash damaged and exchange for a heavily discounted new one.

Helmet Valhalla on the bonfire and a pint to toast them off as it's the least I could do after keeping my bonce in one piece.

Only Specialized brand. But in the long term it pays to buy a Specialized lid (if it fits).

Your local (bike) dealer will know all the details. But when you use the replacement scheme you deal direct with Spesh UK.

Madison do a crash replacement scheme for Giro / Bell. But only if they are up to 3 years old, and if you have the receipt.

I have several old helmets hanging on the wall.

Am I missing something or are people encouraging others to defraud Specialized by making false claims of crash damage?..

Cheers

If anyone happens to have a knackered 661 Strike please flog me the liner 🙂

Not a removeable part apparently (so not replaceable) and I used to remove it regularly for washing will no ill effects - until I lost it.

Specialized ain't stoopid, they inspect it and offer replacement at their discretion.
