Pretending your in a race when doing a sportive ? Had a few good age related results. That aside Cyclocross and mtb xc. I didn't start riding properly untill my late 30's so everything is age related. Never riden a proper downhill bike, a bit to close to MX which I've done on and off so not bothered with it.
Mine is Advanced level mincing, while grinning
I'm actually a reasonably succesful endurance downhill racer, it's just that endurance downhill is barely even a thing. But it suited me perfectly- stomping out competent, undramatic, reasonably quick but not actually quick runs for a long time while faster riders break themselves or their bikes and drop out. Wish it'd come back.
Going quickly downhill on gravel bike on trails that are on the cusp of being of being to technical for gravel bikes. Its a very specific discipline granted.
I used to be extraordinarily successful at mid pack solo 24 hr racing. I totally owned the coveted 10th-15th place in a 20-30 entrant race .
Go me...
On Road it's 12 hr TTs. PB is 281 miles and 11th in the National last year. I was ill after the 24hr and have been ill ever since! Off road, it's mincing. I'm pretty good at going slowly and falling off.
I won 5kgs of cheese at a track meet once and £10 for best improvement on a pb at a ten mile tt (was so chuffed I kept the cheque and never cashed it) with that established track / tt palmares I should be riding for team sky.
I won 5kgs of cheese
That's probably the ace-est prize I've ever heard of. Was it a single cheese, like a really good block of cheddar, or a 5kg cheeseboard? Imagine the pickles and crackers to go with that!
Buying bits. There's rarely a month that goes by without me convincing myself that something is needed. Tomorrow will be a shimano zee brake lever
Coffeeing. I'm also a master commuter. Yeah.

Five Kilo lump of cheddar, had to give colleagues lumps of cheese to get rid of it all in the end!
IF I was to do any competition it would probably be XC racing that was most in my comfort zone but maybe that makes it not the best choice.
The concept of Enduro appeals a lot but I'm not convinced I have sufficient (man made) drops and jumps skills to not look a total tit/be an obstruction based on how I imagine courses are.
Talking rubbish about bikes...
Quaxxing.
I might actually do OK at that - certainly better than a proper race in any of those disciplines!
I'm not fit but certainly spread my self thinly in terms of disciplines. I'm good a bike collecting - indeed I only need the DH bike and i'm sorted + a big team bus to travel them in...
Right now, nothing, have a baby so time is limited
but +1 to this.
I quite like climbing (on road). When I am at my fittest, I can come close to being a good climber although I don't have what you might consider a normal "climber's body" (i.e. skinny as a rail). I should be a decent sprinter, but I'm not.
And I suck at mountain biking.
