As above, need to get my Fox shock to TFT soon. Was all set to mosey down to the post office, but it seems they don’t like them and will destroy it it found!

If you're sending it to TFT ask them who they use?

I’ve been at their FAQs for a while an couldn’t find it. Assume they’re closed today.

I have sent three shocks by collect plus. Very simple.

TF will arrange collection but I have worked in a bike shop for over 10 years and have sent loads of forks and shocks by Royal Mail without ever having a problem .

Royal Mail/Parcelforce has worked OK for me.

Anyone but RM given the number of reports of shocks being disposed of as they are 'unsafe'.

Googling produces several. Also from TFs own faq ( https://www.tftuned.com/servicing).

We no longer recommend Royal Mail as a carrier for suspension following several cases involving individuals having their suspension seized and destroyed for contravening Royal Mail's prohibited goods clauses.
