do inner cables come with the shifters?

SP41 outer, XTR inner, XTR end caps and rubber boots, fit and forget 😉

I'm with Dibbs, you only have to breathe on my X0/XTR cable set up and it shifts like a Cadbury's Dream.

The shifters do come with cables but i'd whip them out if I were you and keep them as spares. Two minute job

I use Aligator cables from Clee Cycles. Only thing is that if your bike runs full lenght outer then you`ll need 2 sets

I use cheap cables, outers and plastic ferules off ebay. They are shite 🙂

The black SP41 seems to harden and develop cracks. not sure why.. sunlight maybe? The sealed endcaps are awesome though.
