What bright funky 650b frame for my son?

My 13yr old lads riding a ragley marley small frame at the moment which just so happens can manage 650b wheels. Anyway, he's grown to over 6 foot now so needs a large frame. I'm looking for a bright coloured funky frame for £200 ish.
Commencal Meta would be perfect but a bit more than I wanted to pay out (new) what else is about?
