really hung over and i'm wearing my stoopid hat.
front brake - hope mono m4
fox forx - post mount
180mm front rotor
is it just a 180mm is to post mount adaptor or do i need to up the rotor to 200mm?

Search for clee cycles, they sell a kcnc IS to post mount that doesn't involve going up a rotor size. It's sold as 160 to 160 but it works for larger. I used to to connect my 180mm hopes to a set of post mount rock shox without going up a rotor size.
It doesn't work with every fork, but works with most. I can provide a pic of it later if needed.

A mate of mine bought one of the Clee cycles adaptors and it didn't fit but Clee will refund you if it doesn't work
