I'm sure this is a daft question and betrays my extreme numptiness, but what BB should I be getting to use with this frame:

I'm assuming I can't use an external bearing BB?

External works fine in there. it's a 68mm shell.

thats a bushnell.

I might have something else that might work in there - need to get my verniers out.

ps: keep the forks on the short side on that. 420mm rigids even. Don't try and go longer than 100mm, or 80mm if you want to be sensible really.

Was going to use the on-one carbon forks, they'll be OK I assume?

on-one carbons are 440mm.

I have some on-one TiTANIUM 400mm rigid ones if you want something super fast and uberpimp.
