Thule 598, more carbon friendly than the old 591 and clamps the frame so your weird axle is a non-issue.

I've got a pair of Yakima Frontloader's. Super simple to fit and holds bike by the tyres only so no frame rub. Use for MTB and road bike 29er, 26 and 700c. Can't rate highly enough.
