As title and what size tyres ?

I know Fox are generally compatable but what about the other makes?

X fusion slant work although you will have to fit a rubber stop to the internals for full 650b compatibility.

BOS work too, although I wouldn't be putting a tall tyre in there

Woah!, that's a sweeping generalisation. Older Fox 36s have space but I'm pretty sure the smaller forks don't have clearance between the crown and the tyre at full compression.

IIRC most pre 2013(?) can take a 650b wheel, before they changed* the brace. There was a forum on MTBR somewhere that explains this further.

*when they realised there was more money to be made ๐Ÿ˜‰

good question

I've got 26er RS Lyriks 160mm 2012 - would these be compatible?

If you can't stick a fat finger between a 26" tyre/wheel and the brace, no.
