[#2920499]

Just looking at the local OS map and wondered if it's possible to ride along this disused canal and train line?

I know the second shouldn't be attempted without a big stick

You'll need more than a bit stick for the second one. ๐Ÿ˜†

Parts of it are rideable and parts of it aren't there any more or are fenced off.

It was closed off in the middle to stop the people from the south end invading the area to the north west. ๐Ÿ˜›

Heh heh

I was thinking of you the other day as I rode through the Million, was thinking fair play to you for having a bike specifically for riding through there and on through the Enville estate to Kinver - The only sandy trails around here ๐Ÿ˜€

Trainline passes through some nice places as you already know, it'll eventually bring you onto the disused line (Staffordshire Walk?) that runs through Wombourne and up to Dunstall Park. Not that obvious a transition but doable.

Not particularly exciting but probably useful for linking something up.

Some nice jumps just past the Bratch if that's your thing?!

The only sandy trails around here

There's quite a few with softer deeper sand than that. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Ask MTQG how sandy the trail at the back of The Anchor is. ๐Ÿ˜†

Is that the one that runs off Kinver Lane...the very unrideable bridle way parallel to Gipsy Lane?

Ah yes, discovered it a couple of weeks ago but rode it the other way (towards the Edge)

Rubbish it was.

You're riding it the wrong way.

Much betterer going down it with 3.8 tyres on. ๐Ÿ˜‰
