Any trails in the West Mids running good at the moment? Bit of a lazy post but I fancy a ride later, went out on Saturday by me in belbroughton and everything was sopping or covered in snow. Anyone ridden yesterday or this morning? Cheers

Just been out up the Lickeys and Romsley and it's still snow covered and very muddy. Enjoyed it but don't think anything local is riding well at the moment.
Hoping to get back over to the Wyre soon if it ever dries up again.
Clent is probably the best bet at the moment as it tends to dry better and is a bit more exposed to dry out.
Tad chilly out though......

Kinver is in the best condition I've seen it for months! No snow and everything's dry without being too sandy.

EDIT- the good bits that not many people ride are amazing, but there is a bit of mud on the boring bridleway along the bottom, etc.

This route is mostly clear but very muddy in places. It's a fairly vanilla route in the dry...

Kingsford (back of Kinver) was actually quite dusty on Saturday to my amazement.

Clent still has snow on it which I can see from my house if i crane my neck.

Still a few boggy bits, but the taste of dust in Wyre yesterday bought back memories. Nice and dry on many of the trails above the North side of Dowles.
Stick man has been busy on the Western side though, presumably when many riders haven't been out trashing the trails.
