Not sure if there's been a thread on this or not (not noticed anything and the forum search is useless), but did anyone here race last weekend?

I had an eventful one. Lost a small but significant part of my bike and nearly went home early...race report up on my blog if anyone is interested.

How good was 6 Feet Under?! 😁

Didn’t race it but I was there on the practise day demo’ing the Bird Bikes. Had a go on an AM9. Wowzers awesome bike, with a few personal tweeks it’ll be bob on

6 feet under is brilliant, and they’re keeping it open. It’s great to see their investing in new sections.

Really want to race the WGE so I will be signing up for the next round. Shame it’s in September.

Rallons seem prone to losing that particular nut. BKXC  lost one in spain and then was lucky to catch another one on about it's last thread a few weeks ago.

I raced, did ok for my first enduro, I don't really do competitive pedalling 😀 apart from from mini dh races. Surprised to see how many in veterans though, the mini dh usually tops out at 20 odd.

Off to do some sprint training so I don't end up blowing out of my arse at the next one 😧

Cheers @matterby you 👍

Yeah glad to hear 6 feet is staying open, such a nice addition. I'll be doing Eastridge as well. Never ridden there so will be good to race a new-to-me venue.

Interesting to hear BKXC lost one @thunderwingdoomslayer, I've not heard of anyone else losing theirs before. Certainly will keep an eye on it more now.

@spev - yeah noticed the Vets cat was quite large. I've got a couple more years in Masters before moving up so I'm starting to keep an eye on them to see where I might fit in ha!

I was hoping to do Eastridge, will see how it pans out. I'll be out of Vets and into Grand Vets in 2 years, problem is all the other fast buggers will go with me 🙂

Might go have another go at 6 feet under this weekend, I live reasonably close to Afan.
