I feel for you! I'm currently sitting here bored, not out night riding, from the same injury. Scaphoid floating around in two nice little pieces.

Been in a cast for a month, check up at the end of the month to see if I need it screwed up. Any idea how long you'll be in the cast for post-surgery?

Get well soon and nice blog.

Oh, and Turbo trainers get boring.

I cut through a tendon in my hand today at work, in cast for up to 6 weeks. Already suffering from lack of riding, and now looking to swap my rollers for a turbo. Depressing times

For those with short attention spans/children: He broke his wrist.

Heal soon hoops. Sat here with a shattered humerus myself.

Currently grounded with a knackered shoulder after a heavy OTB 5 weeks ago. (Metaphorically) climbing the walls.

Get mended soon.

Jogging's good for you too, I've heard.

Call it running, though, or people think you're soft.

Hope it heals well
