As we are so often quick to criticise poor service I want do the opposite.
I had to return an item to Primera under warranty. I sent the parcel on Saturday and it arrived two hours ago at the shop.
Alex the manager just phoned me to acknowledge receipt of the parcel and to let me know it will be repaired under warranty.
The parcel is being forwarded as we type.
