Weird sliding disc adaptor required, help!

Has anyone here got any idea what adaptor I'd need to setup a rear brake on this bike? It's a Dabomb XLR8 (worst name ever?) which I bought for buttons a few years ago and want to donate as a small xc frame for my eldest. I've asked the source company but don't hold much hope of getting a response!
The drive side has both a gear hanger and the sliding dropout for singlespeed

The frame in my image is Sputnik, the brake mount should work on yours as well. Available on CRC:
