Right bare with me on this...
If you've got a boost front wheel (cheap oem syncros one and a non boost fox 32
Could you pull the end caps off, take 5mm off each one in a lathe and fit it to the non boost fork?
I've basically got a Solaris Max frame, 170 dropper and a fox 32 (non boost) and a boost set of wheels sat around doing nothing. I've also got an 11 speed xt/car drivetrain.
So basically I can build this up for the cost of bars stem and brakes if I can get the front wheel to fit.
I've got access to a lathe. I can't think whether the disc would be in the right place if I do this?
What make hub is it mate?

No, you need to take 10mm off the non-brake side otherwise your disc will be in the wrong position.
To answer your question, no. The extra distance on a boost hub is between the flanges and the disc position is 5mm further outboard.
The only way you may get it to work is to take all 10mm off the non disk side but this will probably mean the spokes foul the fork leg. You would also have to re-dish the wheel to suit. Try it first by taking the non disk spacer out and see if it will fit.

You know it's really unhelpful that you're now sneaking stealth ads for that frame in while I'm trying very hard not to look at it!
Or take the material off the brake adapter (only really works if fork is IS fitting). I had to do similar to get a rear spaced front disc fat hub to work on a fatty fork).
You can only take about 5mm off tho but if it goes wrong all you’ve done is waste a £5 brake adapter.
It will depend if the hub is standard with wider spacers or wide body and standard spacers? Like davewalsh said best thing to do is try the wheel.
Yeh had a look tonight. It's not happening. Guess I've got a big eBay advertising session to sort this Sunday night
Or you could just build yourself a cheapie front wheel?
