Sky ride with one happy we chap. Should have taken a bike with more than one gear, was very tired after a few loops;

Great day at the Pila bike park chasing Abigale down the trails. The Pila to Aosta run is full on in the dust, 37 deg at the bottom. Poor Kevin has been eating dust all day. Finished the day off with a swim and now a glass of wine before tea.
