@mattoutandabout - do you have a link to a route for your Loch an Eilein ride please?
A quick lap of the old local today at Hamsterley. The Edit MX goes up and along much better than I expected it to.
Thought I'd take the gravel bike out, pretty good fun although seemed to be lots of climbing (705m in 42km). This bridge was deeper in water than the burn it crossed.

Nice pics and trips, mine is a local bimble around nearby trails and tracks

Trail breaks SDW ride yesterday. Did the long route with my mate, the hills just kept on coming! Views when we could look up were special, though!
Just a wee 25 miles on the gravel bike. Only pic I took was sheltering from the headwind ?

Short local Sunday spin today. Saving myself for going to see Jedi tomorrow.
On me tod in deepest North Yorkshire riding Enduro tracks. Not too many exciting pictures today as I was having too much fun riding

Oh yeah, I did a crap little video too. Trying to capture the chill...
12 mile night loop around the city and down the beach. Should have taken the gravel bike but it was still enjoyable on the Roscoe.
Bit of an epic Sunday. Hike-a-bike to a remote loch, squabbling peregrines, golden sands, fishing, chunky descending and watched over by a soaring eagle. And all this in the "lowlands" of Southern Scotland.

Not quite the weekend, but the cairn atop Carn Na Criche, en-route to the wells of Dee & Braeriach. Windy old day!

View from Braeriach.
