A post-manflu bimble through the local woods:
Brecon Gap ride, lovely day out apart from the wet feet, time to get winter boots out.
Had a quick night ride tonight, I haven't been out on the bike at night for years so was fun. Don't have a proper light but torch fixed to the helmet with my daughter's hair band worked a treat 🙂
New tyres and a quick 2000ft out to Swanage for chips.

Foggy ride over to Skipton this morning.

What is this "it's stopped raining"? It was raining less I suppose, pretty slippery in places but not too bad.

Not as sunny as yesterday though (walking not riding)
Followed in @el_boufador 's tyre tracks about an hour later ... and snap! Photo'd my bike against the same tree!
Trails were mostly ok.. much better than I was expecting after 3 weeks of rain. Copley cracker descent had turned into an actual stream however!
Atmospheric above Sheffield this morning. Managed to avoid rain for the first part of the ride but it opened the taps on the way home. Luckily put the Dirtlej suit on as a precaution so stayed lovely and dry.
The damage to the trails from the flooding from storm Babet are pretty catastrophic, not seen my local trails like that before.
Very soggy coaching session yesterday morning.
Daughter got to try her new XC bike 👍
I gave way to a walker on this bridleway, she said I wouldn't ride up there it's wetter than the canal, she wasn't wrong!

Popped over to a sanitised Hadleigh park lovely day:
Was glad of double 'fuglyguards' - but way better than I expected after it's just rained all week. Slippy in parts but a good day out in the sunshine.
Not a bad view from the pub either 🙂

Redlands in the Surrey Hills today, very impressed with the Pirelli’s on wet roots.
More of an XC ride than usual trying to avoid the worse of the slop. Lovely day to be out.
