All I'm doing is solo training rides as there seems to be no one locally who rides. Meaning the bike's sole purpose is a training tool.
Is there anyone local to me who rides?
Keen to learn some new routes beyond WDWoods and Shires Lane!

Not in Watford any more but when was rode out back off Garston starting on the bridlepath of the A41 near Otterspool and looping round via Radlet and back along the Colne valley walk.

There are some nice areas over near Denham / Harefield if you don't mind getting the car first!

Based down the road in Chorleywood. If it's really wet I sometimes ride up the canal to Whippendell that area, not far away at all.

Here is my Ridge Ride along the Ebury way & tow path from Bushey. Turn in land at the Coy Carp and head over Sires Way (?) bridleway, Chorley Wood Common & down to the ChessValley, over the M25, and after a little road work, into the back of WDW.

www.wdmbc.co.uk there are often social rides from Denham/Cowley at weekends and Wednesday nights. Usually some people go further afield riding at swinley etc at weekends.

Don't miss the Bucks Classic 100km offroad starting from Denham 10th May.
