I know I know, this comes back again and again but is there anything currently available that is warm and waterproof? I was out today in Scottish snow flurry and my Sealskins gave in very quickly. I had some old outdoor over mitts in my bag but they only improved things marginally. Suggestions please before my finger gig up.

Aldi/Crane winter gloves if you can find any - size up to fit liners in for extra warmth in Scottish weather

Glacier gloves perfect curves. Totally and utterly waterproof. Does mean they can get a bit sweaty if it's not that cold. Wouldn't recommend them for regular commuter use as they'll pong. But for weekly rides they are excellent.
