Hi has anyone solutions to stop water getting into my carbon frame. Apart from getting silicon gun out.

You won't stop water getting in, problem is where it pools, ie BB area. I used to drill steel HT frames to let it dribble out, but wouldn't do it with carbon.
Mibbe try storing bike upside down or hung by front wheel.

No need to worry as it won't do any harm EXCEPT to BB and headset bearings, which will rust. Take them out and smear them with grease or lanoline, which is an excellent waterproofer.
