I bought an Endura Convert from CRC earlier in the year. After minimal use, the elastic cuff binding has started to become detatched from the sleeve. I consider this to be a fault so I've emailed Endura who've said -

I would urge you to return to your place of purchase to have this looked at.This is where your contract of purchase lies.

Fair enough but I've read on here that CRC have stopped stocking Endura stuff - how will this affect my warranty? (I've just emailed CRC but understand their response time is, er, not exactly timely)

It wont affect you warranty at all - your contract is still with CRC.

contract is still with CRC - they'll forward it to Endura who are brilliant with warranty claims, in my experience.

My stealth is doing somethign similar.

As it was a warranty replacement for a 4 year old jacket it seems churlish to complain so I may just sow it up.
