To those saying ‘you bought a bike, they have to replace the whole bike’ would you expect them to replace the whole bike (including shagged drivetrain) if, say a dropper failed? A bike is a collection of components, the frame being one, the retailer is only compelled to replace the parts required to get you to where you were when the component failed. If some of the parts aren’t safe enough for the them to put on the new frame, then they are offering to fit new ones but, quite reasonably, not under warranty.
Look at it another way, if the frame was all OK and you took it into a shop to get it service and back to been safe and rideable. (like and like for parts etc)
Would you still think what they listed and price unfair?
And don't forget if you put it in for a service That be £460 parts + LABOUR to do the work!

Aaah there you go. You actually sent old crap back hoping they'd warranty the lot leaving you with the nice stuff and a shiny bike via their tech refresh/warranty scheme. The story about postage doesn't stack Mr Cummings...

Did you forget you previously posted pics of your cassette, I'm guessing everything quoted was desperately long overdue, so if you're getting new stuff that isn't over inflated price wise then just except it, okay it might not be chainreaction prices but it's not a rip off either, unless theres an option to get your bike back half built then build it back up yourself.
Although having just re read the direct to consumer uk brand bit, those parts will be OEM so you shouldn't be paying rrp, that'll be the sneaky hidden labour charge.
