Firstly the thing didn't ever look secure on the bar, I no longer have faith it will hold a 'phone safely.

I'm now in the midst of trying to return it, and the co. is trying to avoid paying the return postage. Now if it was UK I might let it go, but this is Portugal!
Not good really, if only Hope made 'phone holders!
