Holidaying down this way next weekend, would like to know if there are any off piste trails available.

Loads.

Nothing outrageously technical, but you can spend hours in there.

There's a B road which splits the forest in two but there's plenty of ST to ride on either side.

Also a jump spot near the edge of Wareham Golf Club.
