I doubt anyone will give up their copy 🙂 I know from experience because I don't want to give mine up 🙂

I asked him (on Twitter) if there was going to be any more .....
"no plans for reprint (although under increasing pressure to do so!) may go to kindle late summer if enough demand"
Maybe if enough folk ask there'll be a second batch.

publishing via kindle is supposed to be simple and cheap
