I'm thinking of building up a bike for the other half and to use to get my short arse brother out on. It's got to be 26, it's got to be 16in, it's got to be cheap. An inbred sounds ideal doesn't it. Except, i have in my position a set of spare 125mm fox forks which I'd like to use and they're a tapered head tube. Can anyone think of a suitable frame? At the moment I'm gonna end up with a 2nd hand giant xtc, which although I'm sure very capable is just a bit dull.

On one 45650b, works fine with 26" wheels and takes tapered steerer. Mine is a hoot.
