Antur cancelled due to weather.....hotel booked so need a plan.

Doing CYB on the Sat....but what now for Sunday??

Tried and tested Degla or something new @ Nant Y Arian?

Any other options worthwhile given the weather?

Thanks for the tips...

Mark

Penmachno and Marin?

Climachs trails - not very far from CYB

Beast & MBR at CYB takes care of Saturday. Have you considered Penmachno for Sunday? No facilities there, so if you want cafe, toilets etc I'd stick with Llandegla.

I had dis-counted Penmach as people always say it is a bogfest....and Marin is kinda boring as done it once before....

Mach trail is good but also recall people saying it was boggy??

Machno isn't muddy, but if it rains you'll get wetter than if you fell in a lake.

Snowdon Rangers is ace, but considering Antur is shut due to snow possibly not the best idea in the world ever!

Nant Y Arian would get my vote for Sunday. Nice trail but not SOOO long that it would be awful if the weather suddenly got (even) worse.

Snowdon is topped with snow, possibly a few feet or more and ice so I would keep clear.
Penmacho is good fun if windy will give you some protection, Marin trail also ok and a little lower so may escape the worst of the snow.

Hotel have agreed to postpone booking ๐Ÿ™‚

Think a local snow ride will be the call of the day followed by the pub....winner
