Bit frustrated with a bike store, ordered a bike 2 weeks ago it’s last years model they have 2 availabile, 1 is in a London branch another in a warehouse, was told 3-4 days and it will be in my local branch. No worries I thought, just wanted to throw a leg over and try for size and then part with my c2w voucher.
A week later called and they said yep they have shipped it from the London store, will be local in 2 days, 4 days later went to the local branch, nope not there and it’s still in the London store according to tracking, it’s now 2 weeks....
They haven’t asked for any cash as a deposit, so no loss, just getting frustrating waiting for something that’s in stock. I’ve found the same bike elsewhere but it’s a risk as it too far to get to so I risk getting the bike delivered and wrong size...
Am I being unreasonable but this should be moved quicker than 2 weeks? I’ve had a canyon delivered quicker than this in the past...
