Hey all, been using a Wahoo Tickr HRM which has been grand for 18 months. i have washed the strap after every use but think i have toasted the strap due to this. anybody any good recommendations for a replacement strap only. i'm going down a rabbit hole looking online for such a thing!!

Mine broke at the popper bit a few weeks ago. I emailed customer support and they had a replacement in the post to me by the end of the week.

no issues with the actual unit at all. Works fine. Still going strong. And being bright orange means I'm less likely to lose it

Definitely email Wahoo- their customer service is superb
You could also try very lightly sanding the contact points to remove any muck/washing detergent residue. I find mine need cleaning every few weeks otherwise the connection drops and it was worse after washing the strap.
+1 on contact Wahoo themselves. Hand on heart I've never experienced better customer service, and I'm hard to please!
