Yes, the new bike factor plays a part and yes, the good weather plays a part, however - the new bike rides so frikkin awesomely, I'm getting fit again, I've lost a stone, I'm even enjoying being clipped in now. I'm currently enjoying it more than I have in a couple of years - result.
