sat on hols in rainy France

Eurosport with a suitable UK proxy unless you want to listen to French commentary. £10 for a pass till the end of September, or just 20 quid for a whole year.

steephill.tv will probably have something - can't vouch for its security but I've watched the odd race on there in the past
